Pole Fitness, Stretch and More Core (1.5 hr session), Saturdays at 10.30am – £10
45 mins of Stretch, 30 mins Pole training and an intense 15 minute abs blast which will aid your pole fitness journey. Building strength through tricks and spins, we will also use yoga straps and blocks to increase flexibility and tone the body and will focus our breathing to relax into deeper stretches. Intense ab exercises will strengthen the core and flatten the tummy. Max 4 people.
