I understand that life gets in the way of plans – illness, childcare, work etc but unfortunately we cannot give refunds. Now, roll overs may be considered in certain circumstances but absolutely not without at least 48 hours notice. I am a small self employed business without a regular wage coming in so please be mindful of this. I always give my students the best value for money which is why I offer catch ups – if you miss a class you can take the value of the credit in another class. You will still be on the week you were on if you had not missed the class but you have a credit for another class which can be redeemed at any time. These catch ups do not expire but you do need a live course to be able to redeem (i.e. if your course has run out you need to renew before you can use them). Also our classes are fully booked every week so if you can notify of any no shows on the form below it means we can offer the space to anyone on the waiting list or wanting to take catch ups. Please notify me of your no show as soon as is possible so we can give others the chance to train.
