Pole Fitness has been in my life for 9 years. I have two beautiful children aged 8 and 12, both delivered by C- section. Pole Fitness can be done by anyone of any weight and you’re never too old to start! I’m fully insured, with DBS and First Aid and keen to kick start your fitness journey. Pole Fitness is proven to have multiple health benefits, improve flexibility and mental health, increase strength, lose weight and of course build confidence while making new friends and being part of a great community! I’m a 3 star approved instructor with PDC and certified to Spin City’s Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. I am also studying Stretch & Aerial conditioning and have recently added the Anatomy and Physiology course to help improve my practice.
