Pole Fitness has been in my life for 9 years. I have two beautiful children aged 8 and 12, both delivered by C- section. Pole Fitness can be done by anyone of any weight and you’re never too old to start! I’m fully insured, with DBS and First Aid and keen to kick start your fitness journey. Pole Fitness is proven to have multiple health benefits including improving flexibility, mental health, increasing strength, losing weight and of course building confidence! I’m a 3 star approved instructor with PDC and am certified to Spin City’s Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. I am also studying Stretch & Aerial conditioning and the Anatomy and Physiology course to help improve my practice. Check availability below each week or timetable for other options.
